Norton Rose Fulbright Advised Aegon Growth Capital Fund On Sale Of Shares In Phinance
Phinance is among the largest and most dynamic of Poland-based financial brokerage firms.
Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Aegon Growth Capital Fund on the sale of 44% share stake in Phinance.
Aegon Growth Capital Fund is a venture fund focused on investments in growing financial services companies across Europe. Phinance is among the largest and most dynamic of Poland-based financial brokerage firms. Phinance is operating since 2022 and currently has 52 branches across the country and over 1,200 active advisors.
The Norton Rose Fullbright team was led by Warsaw-based partner Agnieszka Braciszewska and counsel Artur Jończyk and was supported by associates Jan Nowjalis and Damian Pawlak and senior associate Katarzyna Berestecka.
Agnieszka Braciszewska reportedly said: "Advising on this complex and competitive transaction, which involved multiple stakeholders and a dynamic auction process, was a privilege for our team.
