Norton Rose Fulbright Advised on c. £150 Million Recommended Offer for Life Science REIT
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised UBS AG London Branch (UBS) as financial adviser to The British Land Company plc (British Land) on its c. £150 million recommended cash and shares offer for Life Science REIT plc (Life Science REIT).
British Land is a UK REIT listed on the London Stock Exchange and a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. Life Science REIT is an externally managed UK REIT, listed on the London Stock Exchange, which was launched in November 2021 raising £350 million of equity.
