Norton Rose Fulbright Advised Polish Energy Technology Specialist ZPUE On The Acquisition Of BWTS
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised ZPUE S.A., a subsidiary of the Koronea Family Office, on the acquisition of BWTS GmbH from its previous shareholders. This transaction marks an important strategic step to strengthen ZPUE’s market position in Western Europe and prepare its entry into the French market.
ZPUE is a Polish industrial company specializing in electrical power engineering.
