Norton Rose Fulbright Advised TFI PZU S.A. On Financing Acquisition Of Minority Stake In eTravel S.A.
Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm, has advised TFI PZU S.A. on financing the acquisition of a significant minority stake in eTravel S.A. (eTravel) by Enterprise Investors Fund IX, together with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as a minority co-investor.
eTravel was founded in 2006 and is a leading corporate travel management company in Central and Eastern Europe. Its platform streamlines bookings, reduces costs, and integrates with clients' travel and accounting systems. In 2023, it managed nearly 1 million bookings, serving corporate clients and governmental institutions.
The investment will support eTravel’s growth strategy, including upgrades to the IT platform and the integration of advanced AI tools, strengthening its competitive position in the evolving corporate travel market. It will also help eTravel reinforce its market-leading position in Poland and selectively expand into high-potential markets across Central and Eastern Europe.
The Warsaw team was led by Igor Kondratowicz (Senior Associate), Krzysztof Jasiński (Counsel), Antoni Krzyżanowski (Lawyer) and transaction was supervised by Tomasz Rogalski (Partner).
Luxembourg law advice was provided by Stephane Braun (Partner) and Salome Mathey (Associate).
