Osborne Clarke Advised long-standing client Topps Tiles on Strategic Acquisition of Fired Earth assets
International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Topps Tiles on its acquisition of the brand, intellectual property, website, and stock of prestige retailer Fired Earth. The transaction marks a strategic expansion of the group's brand portfolio. The acquisition was announced by Topps Tiles alongside its full-year results, which reported record sales of £295.8m and 40% of revenue growth.

Recent notable restructuring and acquisition mandates include advising Topps Tiles on its acquisition of certain assets of CTD Tiles, acting for the administrators of the Wiggle group on the disposal of various assets, and advising the administrators of Ted Baker on various disputes and on trading mattes.
