Osborne Clarke advised Unity5 on its acquisition of Chipside, a market leader in Local Authority parking and enforcement solutions, including its flagship product MiPermit.
The transaction marks a significant milestone for both companies, bringing together Unity5’s expertise in cloud-based enforcement and compliance management with Chipside’s strong reputation in Local Authority parking and enforcement technology. The combined group will enhance innovation, broaden solutions for customers across public and private sectors, and deliver scalable, reliable, and customer-focused services.
By joining forces, Unity5 and Chipside aim to share best practices, enhance their product offerings, and provide a stronger platform for customers in Local Authority and private sector parking management.
