Paul Hastings LLP advised Fisher Investments (FI) on a significant strategic investment by Advent International and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).
Advent and ADIA made a minority investment of $3 billion in Fisher Investments, the firm founded by Ken Fisher.
Fisher Investments Manages over $299 billion for more than 170,000 clients worldwide, including 120,000 private clients in the U.S. and 185 of the largest and most prominent institutional clients globally.
