Legal powerhouse Ropes & Gray steered global consumer intelligence leader NielsenIQ (NIQ) on the sale of its European consumer panel services business to YouGov.
Ropes & Gray guided NIQ through both its July 2023 merger with GfK and the subsequent Jan 9 divestment of CPS GfK to address the European Union’s competition concerns, creating the world’s leading consumer intelligence company.
Ropes & Gray's private equity transactions team, led by partner Victoria McGrath, provided comprehensive counsel.
