Ropes & Gray Advised Ares’ Private Equity Group and DaVita in Strategic Investment in Elara Caring
Ropes & Gray advised Ares’ Private Equity Group and DaVita in a strategic investment in Elara Caring, a leading national provider of skilled home health, hospice, behaviour health and personal care services.
