Ropes & Gray advised Carlyle AlpInvest, a leading global private equity investor, as the lead investor in the successful close of Lovell Minnick Partners’ single asset continuation vehicle for SRS Acquiom.

The transaction enables SRS Acquiom to accelerate growth and capitalize on new opportunities, while allowing current and new investors, co-investors, and members of SRS Acquiom’s management team to continue their active involvement as shareholders alongside Lovell Minnick and Carlyle AlpInvest.
