Ropes & Gray this month represented the initial purchasers in three 144A bond offerings:
- MSD Investment Corp.’s $400 million offering of its 6.125% notes due 2031.
- Apollo Debt Solutions BDC’s $400 million offering of its 5.200% notes due 2028.
- Goldman Sachs Private Credit Corp.'s $260 million offering of its 5.375% notes due 2029.
The firm also represented the underwriter in Blackstone Private Credit Fund's $400 million add-on bond offering of its .950% notes due 2029.
MSD Investment Corp., Apollo Debt Solutions BDC, Goldman Sachs Private Credit Corp., and Blackstone Private Credit Fund are business development companies.
