Ropes & Gray Advised Summit Partners-Backed Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care On Sale To Aveanna Healthcare Holdings
Ropes & Gray advised Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, a Summit Partners-backed company, on its sale to Aveanna Healthcare Holdings The transaction was announced on April 3 and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025.
Thrive SPC is a top independent provider of pediatric home care with 23 locations in seven states including Arizona, Georgia, Kansas, New Mexico, North Carolina, Virginia and Texas focusing primarily on skilled private duty nursing services providing pediatric therapy, licensed health aide services, and certified nurse assistant services.
Aveanna Healthcare, based in Atlanta has locations in 34 states and provides a broad range of pediatric and adult healthcare services including nursing, rehabilitation services, occupational nursing in schools, therapy services, day treatment centers for medically fragile and chronically ill children and adults, home health and hospice services, as well as delivery of enteral nutrition and other products to patients.
