Squire Patton Boggs Advised Intersurgical on US$530m Acquisition of Teleflex’s Acute Care and Interventional Urology Businesses

Squire Patton Boggs has advised Intersurgical, a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of high-quality medical devices for anaesthesia and respiratory care, on the acquisition of the Acute Care and Interventional Urology businesses of Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE:TFX), a leading global provider of medical technologies, for US$530 million. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
