Steigenberger Secures Management Deals for Major Egyptian Tourism Project with Shalakany’s Legal Expertise
Shalakany law firm played a key role in securing a significant deal for Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts Middle East (Steigenberger). The firm provided legal counsel during negotiations and finalisation of Management and Operation Agreements with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and Misr Sinai for Tourism. These agreements pertain to the prestigious tourism project "Al Tagally Al Aazam" located in Saint Catherine City.
