Taylor Wessing Advised BlackFin Capital Partners on €10 million Series A Financing Round for Sinpex
Taylor Wessing has advised BlackFin Capital Partners on leading a Series A financing round for Munich-based RegTech company Sinpex GmbH. The total volume of the financing round amounts to €10 million. In addition to BlackFin, existing investors ACE Ventures and TX Ventures participated in the round.
Sinpex, an AI-powered platform for KYB (Know Your Business) and KYC (Know Your Customer) lifecycle management, optimises the onboarding of business customers and continuous KYB compliance. The SaaS solution helps companies meet the regulatory requirements of the EU Money Laundering Directive and EU AML Regulation, which will come into force in 2027.
With the fresh capital, Sinpex plans to accelerate its growth in Europe, consolidate its market position as the leading KYB automation platform and, in particular, futher expand into the French and Dutch markets. Well-known companies such as Otto Payments, IKB, KfW, Bybit and Scayle Payments already use Sinpex's AI solutions.
