An interdisciplinary Taylor Wessing team from Germany and the UK provided legal advised to London-based Multiverse Group Limited and Multiverse GmbH on the acquisition of all shares in StackFuel GmbH. Led by M&A expert Dr Elisabeth Schalk, partner at the Munich office, the law firm advised on all legal aspects of the transaction.
