Taylor Wessing Advised Rezolve AI on its US$230 Million Acquisition of Reward Loyalty UK Limited
Taylor Wessing Advised Rezolve AI on its US$230 Million Acquisition of Reward Loyalty UK Limited
Taylor Wessing advised on the all-cash acquisition of Reward Loyalty, strengthening Rezolve AI’s core AI-commerce platform
Rezolve AI is a global provider of AI-driven commerce and payments infrastructure, and this deal is seeking to embed Rezolve AI deeper into everyday consumer spend across banks, retailers and payment networks.
Reward operates a large-scale, customer engagement and commerce media platform embedded across hundreds of leading global retailers and dozens of major banks across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, reaching tens of millions of active cardholders across three continents.
This integration materially strengthens Rezolve AI’s RezolvePay proposition by enabling rewards, personalisation and monetisation across everyday spending, while maintaining essential compliance and attribution across physical and digital channels.
Corporate Partner Robert Fenner said: "We are delighted to have advised Rezolve AI Plc on this very exciting deal, which is one of a number of acquisitions made by Rezolve AI over the last twelve months as it has grown its groundbreaking product offering. Rezolve AI continues to go from strength to strength, and this latest addition will solidify their position as an industry leader in AI-powered solutions for consumer engagement."
The Taylor Wessing team was led by Robert Fenner (Partner) and Paul Thorpe (Partner), supported by Jack Coventry (Senior Associate), and Dillan Madhani (Associate) in the Corporate team.
