Taylor Wessing Advised Rezolve AI On Its US$90 Million Acquisition Of Crownpeak
Taylor Wessing advised Rezolve AI, the global AI-driven online commerce leader, on its acquisition of digital experience experts Crownpeak for US$90 million. The acquisition will provide Rezolve AI with additional scale, recurring revenue, and a blue-chip customer base across Retail, Fashion, Beauty, Manufacturing, and Financial Services, strengthening its position as a leading force in the sector.
Rezolve AI is a pioneer in AI-powered solutions for online commerce. Its Brain Suite is the world’s first enterprise AI platform built for agentic commerce, allowing AI agents to search, transact, fulfil, and personalise online shopping for customers around the world. Global estimates for orchestrated revenue from agentic commerce by 2030 reach as high as US$3 trillion to US$5 trillion.
