TaylorWessing advised Waivgen on its acquisition by Synechron, creating a market-leading ServiceNow offering.
Waivgen is a digital consultancy focused on process automation, generative AI, and data engineering & analytics.
It has been acquired by Synechron along with two other companies. By combining the three firms under one umbrella, Synechron is creating the world's largest financial services-focused ServiceNow practice, rolling out these services to a global audience.
Waivgen is a leading Appian partner which is a critical platform for Synechron's clients while it also brings an extensive library of banking and finance-focused agents to empower large banks, insurance firms, and global financial services organizations to harness the power of AI.
