White & Case Advised Finnish Valmet Oyj on Inaugural €375 Million Schuldschein Transaction
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Finnish-listed Valmet Oyj on its debut €375 million Schuldschein transaction.
The loan is divided into eleven tranches with maturities of three and a half, five, seven, and ten years, featuring both fixed and floating interest rates. BNP Paribas, Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Frankfurt Branch acted as arrangers for the transaction.
Valmet is a leading global technology provider for processing industries, with over 225 years of history and a workforce of 19,000 professionals operating across 40 countries.
