White & Case Advised Helios and Bidder on Recommended Cash Tender Offer for Tecnotree
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Helios Investment Partners (Helios) and the bidder on the recommended cash tender offer for Tecnotree. The total equity value of the tender offer is approximately €131 million.
Helios is an Africa-focused private investment firm based in the United Kingdom. Its portfolio companies operate in over 35 countries across the African continent.
Listed on Nasdaq Helsinki, Tecnotree is a global provider of IT solutions for the management of services, products, customers and revenue for Communications Service Providers.
