White & Case Advised on Financing of Generadora Metropolitana’s Dune Plus Project
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, MUFG Bank Limited, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Société Générale, as senior lenders, on the financing of Generadora Metropolitana's Dune Plus Project, a large-scale hybrid project that combines photovoltaic generation with battery storage.
The Dune Plus Project comprises the Dune project, a 333 MW battery energy storage system (BESS) in Antofagasta, Chile, and the La Pampina project, a 186 MW photovoltaic plant and 175 MW BESS system in María Elena, Chile.
