Wirelane advised by Hogan Lovells on electric car charging stations growth
Hogan Lovells, a leading international law firm, has counseled German Wirelane GmbH on the financing of its Wirelane Enterprise Solution for the large-scale deployment of EV charging stations. This work was for corporate clients in the German hotels/hospitality and commercial real estate sectors which was overseen by Senior Associate Dr. Jan Fürbaß.
Wirelane, a 2016 start-up based in Munich, provides companies with integrated full-service solutions for the setup, management, and promotion of charging infrastructure. Over 13,000 charging stations are presently managed by its cloud-based "WirelaneOS" software, which is independent of the manufacturer. Wirelane is now more specifically addressing the demands of the hotel and travel sectors with the overall idea for the charging infrastructure and the widespread deployment of e-charging stations.
In the past, Hogan Lovells has counseled Wirelane on financing arrangements, and it did so once more for this most recent funding initiative.
Dr. Jan Fürbaß (Senior Associate), Dr. Christian Herweg (Partner), and Dr. Constanze Ort (Associate) make up the Hogan Lovells team for Wirelane GmbH. (all Finance, Munich).
