Zaki Hashem Attorneys advised Al Dahra Agriculture Egypt SAE on the sale of its citrus farm and packhouse in Salheyia to EL Banna Group.

Our role included providing comprehensive legal counsel throughout the process, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, and advising on the lawful transfer of ownership in full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
