Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law advised Aman Consumer Finance SAE on EGP 867.5 million securitization issuance
The prominent and historic Egyptian law firm, Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law advised Aman Consumer Finance SAE, a subsidiary of AMAN Holding, on the successful closing of a securitization issuance valued at EGP 867.5 million. The transaction represents the second issuance by Aman Securitization Company SAE under its Second Multiple-Issuances Securitization Programme, forming part of a broader three-year multi-issuance programme with an aggregate value of EGP 15 billion.
The issuance was structured into four tranches with varying tenors and credit ratings and was secured by a portfolio of consumer finance receivables originated by Aman Consumer Finance SAE.
The transaction was led by Helal El Hossary (Partner and Head of Capital Markets & Corporate Procedures), with support from Mohamed Saeed (Counsel) and Farida Fayez (Associate).
The due diligence process, involving a comprehensive review of the entire securitised portfolio, was led by Sara Abdel Gabbar (Partner), assisted by Mohamed M. (Associate), Youssef Bahgat (Associate), Laila Elzoheiry (Associate), and Hadeel Hany (Associate).
The firm also acknowledged the role of CI Capital Holding, acting as sole lead arranger and underwriter, and Banque Misr, acting as custodian of the issuance, for their instrumental contributions to the successful completion of the transaction.
