Zaki Hashem & Partners advised Aman for Consumer Finance on its EGP 928 million securitization issuance

Zaki Hashem & Partners advised Aman Consumer Finance SAE, a subsidiary of Aman Holding, part of the Raya Holding for Financial Investments group, on its latest EGP 928 million securitization issuance.

This transaction marks the first issuance by Aman Securitization Company SAE under its Second Multiple-Issuances Securitization Program. The issuance was structured into three tranches, varying in tenor and credit rating, and is secured by consumer finance loans originated by Aman for Consumer Finance SAE.

The Zaki Hashem & Partners team was led by Helal El Hossary (Partner), and included Mohamed Saeed (Senior Associate), and Farida Fayez (Associate).

Further, Sara Abdel Gabbar (Partner), led the due diligence process for the comprehensive review of the entire securitized portfolio supported by a capable team including Marina Gamal (Associate), and Youssef Bahgat (Associate).
