Zul Rafique & Partners Advised Maybank Investment Banking Group on the IPO of Foodie Media Berhad
The prominent Malaysian full-service law firm, Zul Rafique & Partners, based in Kuala Lumpur, acted for Maybank Investment Banking Group as the Principal Adviser, Sponsor, Sole Underwriter, and Sole Placement Agent in the initial public offering of Foodie Media Berhad on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The IPO marks a significant milestone for Foodie Media Berhad, with its shares opening in the green at 35.5 sen on listing day—an 18.3% increase above the IPO price. The public tranche applications were oversubscribed by 24.63 times.
