Sid Burke and Jamie Knox have been named Co-Managing Partners of the firm’s New York office while Drew Rosenberry joins Katie Jahnke Dale as Co-Managing Partner of the firm’s Chicago office
DLA Piper has announced changes to its office leadership in New York and Chicago.
DLA Piper has named Sid Burke and Jamie Knox as Co-Managing Partners of the firm’s New York office. Burke’s practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, and other complex business transactions. Knox’s practice includes the full range of corporate finance alternatives for both investment-grade and below-investment-grade borrowers.
Whereas Drew Rosenberry joins Katie Jahnke Dale as Co-Managing Partner of the firm’s Chicago office. Rosenberry advises clients on the tax and corporate aspects of complex business transactions.
