The largest law firm in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, Al Tamimi & Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Amr Hamdy (Corporate, Egypt) and Mosaab Aly (Dispute Resolution, UAE) to Partner, effective 2026.
In their new roles, Amr Hamdy and Mosaab Aly will continue to deliver high-quality advice to clients across complex matters while supporting the growth and development of our Corporate and Dispute Resolution practices across the region.
Amr Hamdy
Amr’s practice spans corporate law and transactional matters, and he has consistently advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory issues in Egypt. He has held progressive roles at Al Tamimi & Company since 2015, culminating in his promotion to Partner.
Mosaab Aly
Mosaab is an English-qualified Solicitor and a registered practitioner before the DIFC Courts, with extensive experience in dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration in the UAE and Egypt. He has successfully handled high-profile matters in banking, construction, shipping, aviation, insurance, and professional negligence disputes, including claims exceeding USD 1 billion.
