Aly Love Joins Freshfields As M&A Partner And Co-Head Of U.S. Tech & Life Sciences M&A In The Bay Area
Freshfields has announced the addition of Aly Love as a Partner in its Bay Area office. She will also serve as Co-Head of U.S. Tech & Life Sciences M&A, further strengthening the firm’s M&A capabilities on the West Coast.
Aly focuses on the technology and life sciences sectors, where she brings extensive experience advising buyers and sellers through complex M&A transactions. She has successfully represented both venture-backed and publicly traded companies in domestic and cross-border deals, as well as advised growth equity and venture capital funds on their investments.
