Rakan Alyusuf
Rakan Alyusuf’s practice spans corporate and capital markets transactional and regulatory matters. He advises on M&A transactions, joint venture structures, and corporate governance, as well as labor and employment matters. Moreover, Alyusuf frequently represents clients in merger control filings and other antitrust matters before the Saudi Arabian General Authority for Competition.
Chad Passlow
Having previously held senior in-house roles at GE Power, Pacific Partnerships, and Adnoc Group, Chad Passlow advises on regional and international energy and infrastructure transactions across oil and gas, renewable and gas-fired power generation, e-fuels, CC(U)S, petrochemicals, and critical social and economic infrastructure sectors.
