Bird & Bird Appoints Mette-Marie Buch Henrichsen as Partner
The international law firm Bird & Bird has appointed Mette-Marie Buch Henrichsen as a partner in its Life Sciences & Healthcare team in Denmark. Mette-Marie joins the firm as an IP and regulatory expert, bringing extensive experience advising Danish and EU clients across the full life sciences lifecycle, including medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, and food and dietary supplements.
She advises on clinical trials, sales and marketing, pricing, reimbursement, substitution, and relationships between healthcare professionals and pharma & medico companies. Mette-Marie also has expertise in off-label recommendations, parallel import of medicinal products and devices, and digital health and AI projects. Her practice spans advisory work, high-stakes disputes, patent and trademark enforcement, marketing law, contracts, and M&A support in complex transactions
