BonelliErede Welcomes Three New Partners: Francesca Peruzzi, Riccardo Denaro, And Pietro Ferretti
BonelliErede Welcomes Three New Partners: Francesca Peruzzi, Riccardo Denaro, and Pietro Ferretti
The international law firm, BonelliErede, has announced the promotion of Francesca Peruzzi (Partner), Riccardo Denaro (Partner), and Pietro Ferretti (Partner), following approval at the partners’ meeting on 29 November 2025.
Francesca Peruzzi began her career at BonelliErede’s Milan office in 2013. She specialises in corporate law, with a focus on extraordinary transactions, equity capital markets, and corporate governance. In 2017, Francesca was awarded the first edition of the scholarship programme in memory of Franco Bonelli, which enabled her to pursue an LLM at Columbia University, New York.
Riccardo Denaro also joined BonelliErede in 2013, initially at the Milan office and since 2018 at the Dubai office. He focuses on corporate law, particularly extraordinary transactions, M&A, corporate advisory, and commercial contracts across the Gulf region. Riccardo has extensive experience in the luxury, private equity, real estate, and construction sectors.
Pietro Ferretti joined BonelliErede in 2019 following the merger with Lombardi e Associati, where he had worked since 2011. Based in Milan, Pietro specialises in corporate, commercial, and civil litigation, including liability actions, commercial contracts, tort liability, inheritance matters, and M&A. He also provides out-of-court assistance on contracts and corporate transactions.
Commenting on the appointments, Eliana Catalano (Managing Partner) said,
"We are delighted to share this significant milestone in the careers of Francesca, Riccardo, and Pietro. Over the years, they have dedicated themselves to building solid foundations for our projects and supporting clients with skill and dedication, strengthening our corporate law and litigation practices and consolidating our international presence.
Massimiliano Danusso (Chairman) added,
"Nurturing and investing in young talent is one of our priorities. Francesca, Riccardo, and Pietro embody the development model we believe in – built on expertise, professionalism, and a shared identity. These values inspire our people and propel a new generation of professionals towards the future of the firm."
BonelliErede is a market-leading independent Italian law firm with a significant international presence, offering a full range of commercial legal and tax services. Founded in 1999 from the merger of three Italian firms, it has grown to become one of the largest and most innovative independent law firms in Europe.
