Charbel Fadel Appointed as Head of Corporate & Commercial Practice at Galadari Advocates
Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants has announced the appointment of Charbel Fadel as the new Head of its Corporate & Commercial Practice, underscoring the firm’s dedication to delivering exceptional service and strategic expertise in this core practice area.
A Partner in the firm’s Corporate Department, Fadel brings over two decades of experience spanning the UAE, Kuwait, and Lebanon. His practice covers a broad spectrum of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financial transactions, restructurings, insolvency, liquidation, and security and facility agreements. He is widely recognized for his deep understanding of UAE law and the wider MENA region, and for his trusted counsel to a diverse client base that includes banks, investment funds, multinational and domestic corporations, and family-owned businesses.
Fadel frequently advises on the establishment of new ventures both in the UAE mainland and across various free zones, with a comprehensive approach to navigating complex regulatory and compliance frameworks. Before joining Galadari, he built his reputation working with prominent national and international law firms in the region.
