Clyde & Co adds Dutsadee Dutsadeepanich as a Partner in Bangkok

As a co-founder, she was serving at the Aber Group

Furthering its expansion plan, the UK law firm Clyde & Co has recruited Disputes Attorney Dutsadee Dutsadeepanich as a Partner in Bangkok.

With over a decade of experience in cross-border litigation and international arbitration, Dutsadeepanich advises on commercial matters, construction disputes, energy conflicts, aviation, infrastructure, and transportation matters.

She is on the panels of major arbitration institutions including the Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre, the Asian International Arbitration Centre, and the Thailand Arbitration Centre.

Dutsadeepanich also has experience in handling disputes in the Thai insurance sector, a core practice area for Clyde & Co.

Having previously worked with Herbert Smith Freehills and regional firm Tilleke & Gibbins, in 2022, she established the Aber Group.

Early this year, when the firm launched its office in the city, it hired Partner Ian Johnston and Legal Director Sorawat Wongkaweepairot.
