Clyde & Co adds Rebecca Kelly to partnership in Dubai
She was previously the managing partner and head of litigation at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius
Leading global law firm Clyde & Co has announced the appointment of Rebecca Kelly as a partner in Dubai., United Arab Emirates She re-joins the firm after nine years and will be part of the firm’s global regulatory & investigations practice, spearheading the firm’s offering in the Middle East region.
With over two decades of experience, the highly-regarded disputes and investigations lawyer leads and defends investigations throughout the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. Kelly counsels multinational companies on compliance with anti-corruption/bribery, anti-money laundering, sanctions and anti-boycott laws, and defends companies facing enforcement by regulators.

Kelly is also an advocate with full rights of audience in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts and has served as counsel in high-value Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and DIFC-LCIA arbitrations.
Previously, Kelly was the Dubai managing partner and head of litigation at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, leading its Middle East regulatory and disputes team.
Clyde & Co's global regulatory & investigations team advises both corporates and individuals to manage the latest regulatory developments, handle internal investigations, respond to external investigations, investigate fraud & white-collar crime, advise on disclosures to regulators and deal with regulatory or criminal prosecutions. The firm also works with clients around the world to deal with complex multi-jurisdictional and cross-border transactions and disputes.
