Clyde & Co Welcomes Back Bradley Baker As Special Counsel In Perth
Clyde & Co Welcomes Back Bradley Baker as Special Counsel in Perth
The global law firm Clyde & Co has welcomed back Bradley Baker as Special Counsel in its Perth office, further strengthening its insurance litigation capabilities across Australia.
After spending the past three years working in the firm’s London office, Bradley returns to Perth to help drive the growth of Clyde & Co’s insurance litigation practice across directors and officers (D&O), management liability, professional indemnity, and casualty business lines.
Jehan-Philippe Wood, Partner at Clyde & Co, commented,
With over 15 years of experience, Bradley focuses on defending directors and officers in pre-claim and litigated disputes, as well as advising professionals and insurers on complex coverage matters. He has significant experience supporting clients with regulatory and whistleblower investigations, providing practical solutions backed by deep technical knowledge.
Bradley has represented global insurers, London Market syndicates, and their insureds, building strong expertise in swift claims assessment and early resolution strategies. He has acted in major litigated proceedings, including defending former directors of a failed company against shareholder actions linked to capital raisings.
In addition, Bradley completed a secondment to Clyde & Co’s New York office, gaining exposure to bad faith claims, and undertook a client secondment with a leading insurer’s claims team. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and is admitted to practice in Australia, having handled claims across Australia, England & Wales, and the United States.
