Dentons appoints Chad E. Oswald as Of Counsel to expand Fiduciary Litigation team
He was earlier practicing estate planning and real estate law at a local law firm
Dentons has announced the joining of Chad E. Oswald as an Of Counsel. A member of the Fiduciary Litigation team, he will deal with trust and estate litigation and complex commercial disputes.
Based in Indianapolis, Chad has over 15 years of experience advising on a variety of fiduciary and commercial litigations, and real estate legal matters.
Meg Christensen, the managing partner of the Indianapolis office at Dentons remarked, “Welcoming Chad to our Fiduciary Litigation team is an exciting growth opportunity for us at Dentons. We are thrilled to tap into Chad’s knowledge and experience in estate planning and trust and estate litigation, which will be of enormous benefit to our clients and growing legal team.”
Chad focuses on representing personal representatives, trustees, attorneys-in-fact, and other fiduciaries during trust and estate disputes. He also represents small businesses, shareholders, closely held business members, and large corporations in complex commercial litigation.
Chad was earlier practicing estate planning and real estate law at a local law firm. He also served as general counsel of an Indiana-based real estate firm, managing and negotiating a broad range of contracts related to real estate acquisitions and financing of developments.
