DLA Piper hires Trinh Hoang as partner in Hong Kong

She was working as a managing associate with Linklaters for over two years

DLA Piper has hired banking lawyer Trinh Hoang as a partner in Hong Kong to work on its finance, projects and restructuring practice in Asia.

On her joining, David Trott, the firm's partner and international group head of finance, projects and restructuring in London, remarked, "We are deeply committed to developing our finance, projects and restructuring offerings in Asia, which is evidenced by the fact that we have made five lateral partner hires across the region during the past five years."

Qualified in the UK and a native Vietnamese speaker, Hoang is experienced in special situation financing, restructuring debt facilities, structured finance, acquisition finance and corporate loans.

Her clients include Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and Bank of America.
