Francesca Gesualdi Joins Clifford Chance as Partner in Milan to Bolster Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice
Clifford Chance has announced the appointment of Francesca Gesualdi as a partner in its Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Milan. She is set to join the firm from Cleary Gottlieb in the coming weeks.
With a strong track record in both domestic and international litigation and arbitration, Francesca advises Italian and multinational corporations on a range of disputes, including class actions, corporate and commercial litigation, banking and financial matters, bankruptcy, and antitrust issues. Her international arbitration work focuses on energy, construction (under ICC rules), and disputes arising from M&A and joint ventures.
Francesca has been recognised among the 50 most influential female lawyers in Italy by InspiraLaw of Legalcommunity in both 2024 and 2025, reflecting her innovative vision and forward-thinking leadership in the legal field.
