Frost Brown Todd Appoints Beth Freemal As Partner To Strengthen Real Estate And Commercial Finance Practice
Frost Brown Todd Appoints Beth Freemal as Partner to Strengthen Real Estate and Commercial Finance Practice
The national law firm Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has announced the appointment of Beth Freemal as Partner in its Real Estate Practice Group at the Cincinnati office.
Freemal joins FBT from her role as General Counsel for a national real estate investment company, where she managed legal operations for a portfolio of more than 100 downtown parking facilities, 16 off-airport locations, and over two million square feet of warehouse space. Her experience spans the full spectrum of real estate and finance, including multimillion-dollar acquisitions and sales, commercial lending, securitization, and structured finance transactions.
Christina Sprecher, leader of FBT’s Real Estate practice group, said, “Beth brings a rare blend of high-level transactional skill and business acumen to our real estate team. Her experience on the client side strengthens our ability to advise clients through every stage of complex deals nationwide.”
Chris Habel, partner-in-charge of FBT’s Cincinnati office, said, “Beth’s leadership and insight will have an immediate impact on our clients and our office. She’s known for being both strategic and pragmatic—someone who can quickly identify solutions and move projects forward.”
Freemal has been recognized for her professional and community leadership, receiving honors such as the Ohio Women’s Conference Glass Ceiling Award and the Cincinnati YWCA Rising Star distinction. She is an alumna of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s WE Lead Program and has served on several boards, including McAuley High School and TimeLine Theatre Company.
“It’s an exciting time to join Frost Brown Todd as the firm continues to expand its national platform, I look forward to contributing to that growth and providing clients with practical, business-focused counsel,” said Freemal.
FBT advises obligors, lenders, underwriters, issuers, and servicers nationwide on all aspects of commercial lending, public finance, leasing, and transactions, serving as a trusted advisor on both straightforward and complex deals.
