The prominent, full-service Emirati law firm, Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants has strengthened its tax practice with the appointment of Asmae Bazaani as Counsel. Her addition reflects the firm’s continued focus on building a forward-looking tax practice aligned with the evolving regulatory landscape in the UAE.
In her new role, Asmae Bazaani will contribute to the firm’s corporate tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border structuring capabilities, supporting clients in navigating increasingly complex tax and regulatory frameworks.

Her experience spans advisory, compliance, and strategic tax planning across multiple jurisdictions.
Commenting on the appointment, Ahmed Galadari (Managing Partner) said,
