Greenspoon Marder Promotes Andrew Bechel, Barbara Croutch, Patrick Hennessey, And Joseph MacLellan To Partner
Greenspoon Marder has announced the promotions of Andrew Bechel (International Wealth & Asset Planning), Barbara Croutch (Litigation), Patrick Hennessey (Litigation), and Joseph MacLellan (Hospitality, Alcohol & Leisure) to partner positions. The promotions recognize their professional achievements, dedication to excellence, and outstanding client service at the firm.

Mr. Bechel, based in Denver, focuses on estate planning, including integrated estate planning, offshore planning, transactional matters, and business and tax planning. He is a regular contributor to the firm’s International Wealth & Asset Planning blog and has been published in several estate planning publications.
Ms. Croutch, from the Los Angeles office, concentrates her practice on class actions, commercial litigation, insurance counseling and recovery disputes, complex product liability and toxic torts litigation, environmental contamination litigation, and personal injury and wrongful death defense. She has represented clients in numerous product liability and commercial actions, including automobile, antitrust, breach of contract, environmental contamination claims, and real estate disputes, across jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Mr. Hennessey, based in Orlando, focuses on commercial and real estate litigation, representing banks, real estate developers, property and community association managers, homeowners’ associations, governmental entities, individuals, and other businesses in a wide range of real estate, commercial, and business litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
Mr. MacLellan, working from the New York and Miami offices, specializes in hospitality and entertainment law and practices transactional law in corporate, general business, commercial real estate, and international law. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises clients on corporate formation and structuring, general business law, and contract litigation.
