Habib Al Mulla and Partners Appoints Mohamed Salama as Counsel
The UAE-based law firm, Habib Al Mulla and Partners has appointed Mohamed Salama as Counsel in its Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.
Mohamed brings over two decades of legal experience across the UAE and Egypt, with a strong focus on complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, banking matters, insolvency, and corporate advisory. He has also handled disputes involving major international audit firms and professional negligence claims. Since commencing his practice in the UAE in 2011, he has built a reputation for representing multinational corporations, government entities, and prominent business leaders in significant disputes before UAE courts and judicial committees.
Prior to joining the firm, Mohamed served as Senior Associate Team Leader at Global Advocacy and Legal Counsel. He previously worked with Amal Advocates & Legal Consultants as Senior Associate, Dr. Ali Alnuaimi Advocates and Legal Consultants as Legal Consultant, and Zayed Al-Shamsi Advocates and Legal Consultants as Legal Associate. Earlier in his career, he was associated with aDawliah Electronic Appliances in Saudi Arabia as a Legal Advisor.
Mohamed Salama holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Cairo University, where he graduated with honors and received multiple certificates of merit for academic excellence.
