Habib Al Mulla and Partners Welcomes Abdulla Khaled as Counsel in Real Estate Team
The UAE-based law firm, Habib Al Mulla and Partners has strengthened its real estate practice with the appointment of Abdulla Khaled as Counsel in its Real Estate department.
Abdulla Khaled joins the firm from Aldar Properties PJSC, where he served as Assistant Vice President – Legal. During his tenure, he advised on a wide range of real estate matters, including large-scale development projects, land transactions, joint ventures, commercial leasing, and regulatory compliance. His experience reflects strong commercial acumen, having worked closely with developers, investors, and institutional clients across various stages of transactions.
Prior to Aldar, Abdulla Khaled was associated with Al Tamimi & Company as an Associate, where he gained extensive experience in due diligence and real estate transactions.
With over a decade of experience in the real estate sector, Abdulla Khaled brings a combination of legal expertise and practical market insight, which is expected to further enhance the firm’s capabilities in handling complex transactions and development projects across the UAE.
On his appointment, Abdulla Khaled said,
