Han Kun Law Office Expands Singapore Team With New Corporate Partner

Han Kun Law Office has bolstered its presence in Singapore by welcoming Corporate Partner Chuo Ming Leong and his team, which includes Low Shan You, Chow Su Rin, and Lanabel Teo. This strategic addition enhances the firm's capabilities in the region.

Chuo Ming Leong brings extensive experience in corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets, financial services regulation, and funds. Prior to joining Han Kun, Leong served as a partner at Withers KhattarWong for nearly a decade, and he has also held positions at Equity Law and RHTLaw Taylor Wessing.

With the addition of Leong and his team, Han Kun's Singapore office now comprises six lawyers, including two Partners.

This follows the firm's expansion last year, when private wealth Partner Yu Lan was added to the team in June.
