Hülya Yarıcı appointed as Head of Legal Türkiye at DHL Group
DHL Group has appointed Hülya Yarıcı as Head of Legal Türkiye. Hülya brings extensive experience as a seasoned legal professional with a strong background in the logistics and supply chain industry.
She has been associated with DHL Group for over 14 years, where she most recently served as Head of Legal Counsel and Risk Manager before stepping into her new leadership role. Her expertise spans international law, competition law, dispute resolution, contract law, and litigation, making her a key asset in driving legal strategy and compliance.
Hülya Yarıcı said,
"I am happy to share that I have been appointed as the Head of Legal Türkiye DHL Group!"
Prior to her long tenure at DHL Group, she worked with Reysaş Taşımacılık ve Lojistik Ticaret A.Ş., Aydın & Aydın Law Office, Mizan Law Office, and the Istanbul Chamber of Industry, gaining diverse experience across legal advisory and litigation functions.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Istanbul University and an LL.M. in Economic Law from Istanbul Bilgi University. With her strong legal acumen and leadership experience, Hülya is well-positioned to lead DHL Türkiye’s legal function and contribute to the organization’s continued growth and success.
