Khodeir & Partners Welcomes Dr. Heba A. Raslan as Partner, Strengthens Advisory Practice
The Egyptian boutique law firm, Khodeir & Partners has welcomed Dr. Heba A. Raslan as Partner in its Advisory Practice, reinforcing the firm’s capabilities across high-value transactional and regulatory matters. With over 15 years of experience, her addition marks a significant step in strengthening the firm’s presence in Egypt and supporting its expansion strategy across GCC markets, particularly the UAE.
Dr. Heba A. Raslan is recognised for her expertise in public-private projects and regulated sectors. In her new role, she will lead a broad spectrum of advisory mandates, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, energy, infrastructure, and antitrust, further enhancing the firm’s integrated and commercially driven legal services.
Dr. Heba A. Raslan joins Khodeir & Partners as Partner, bringing extensive experience across both private practice and academia. Prior to this, she served as Partner at Sharkawy & Sarhan Law Firm and has also held leadership roles as Managing Associate. In addition, she is a Lecturer at Cairo University Faculty of Law, where she specialises in intellectual property law, alongside her practice in oil & gas, mining, competition, and corporate advisory matters.
Her career spans diverse roles including Senior Legal Executive & Strategic Advisor, with deep expertise in antitrust, intellectual property, civil law, and regulatory frameworks. She has also worked on high-profile arbitration proceedings and advised on complex cross-border transactions across multiple sectors.
Dr. Heba A. Raslan holds a Ph.D. in Law from King’s College London/University of London and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from The George Washington University Law School. She also earned her LL.B. from Cairo University, building a strong academic foundation to complement her extensive professional experience.
