Ki-Jeung Park And Kyoung-Ho Kim Join Dentons Lee To Strengthen International Construction And Dispute Resolution Practice
Ki-Jeung Park and Kyoung-Ho Kim Join Dentons Lee to Strengthen International Construction and Dispute Resolution Practice
South Korean law firm Dentons Lee has welcomed Senior Foreign Attorney Ki-Jeung Park and Senior Attorney Kyoung-Ho Kim, bolstering its international construction and dispute resolution capabilities. Their addition enhances the firm’s expertise in construction, infrastructure, and energy projects, as well as international claims, litigation, and arbitration.
Ki-Jeung Park (Solicitor, England & Wales) will lead Dentons Lee’s International Construction and Dispute Resolution Group. He previously worked at Corbett & Co. in London and Yulchon, and also spent nearly two decades handling overseas legal affairs at a major Korean construction company. Park has advised on EPC contracts and disputes across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Africa, and South Korea. He is the author of Understanding International Construction Contracts Law and currently serves as Chair of the Society of Construction Law (SCL) Korea.
Kyoung-Ho Kim, admitted in both South Korea and England & Wales, brings wide-ranging experience in international disputes and cross-border projects. His career includes roles at Yulchon, the overseas legal team of POSCO, and Korea Electric Power Corp.’s UAE nuclear project. He also worked in the Ho Chi Minh office of Yoon & Yang, and most recently served as Legal Director at Onejoon Co., Ltd., where he managed overseas contracts and risk for U.S. and Canadian projects.
With the joining of Park and Kim, Dentons Lee has established a full-cycle platform to deliver integrated legal services for international construction projects — from contract execution and on-site operations to claims management and dispute resolution.
