This milestone marks Wai Teng’s progression from Senior Associate to Partner. She will continue to lead the IP Prosecution and Branding Team, advising clients on trademarks, brand portfolio management, and broader intellectual property strategy.
Wai Teng has extensive experience across trademarks, patents, copyright, IP enforcement, and IP transactions. She is recognised for delivering practical, commercial solutions to multinational corporations and growing businesses, helping them protect and leverage their IP assets in support of wider business objectives across diverse industries.
